Danish tennis player Caroline Wozniacki and her husband, two-time NBA All-Star David Lee, have just put their Miami penthouse on the market for a whopping $42.4 million. The listing comes only three years after the pair purchased the residence atop the lavish Palazzo Del Sol building back in 2021, following the birth of their first child, Olivia. The couple parted ways with a previous unit in the building in 2021 for $16.3 million.
Palazzo Del Sol is on Fisher Island, known as one of the country’s wealthiest locales. The man-made isle is only accessible to residents via ferry and was once home to celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, the Vanderbilts, and Julia Roberts.
Wozniacki and Lee’s unit boasts 7,000 square feet of living area and 5,000 square feet of outdoor space across two terraces—one of which provides an up-close view of the surrounding waterfront, while the other features a fire pit and a hot tub.
The five-bedroom abode is filled with luxurious elements, like the custom marble media walls, double height ceilings, white oak floors, and the custom chef’s kitchen, which includes high-end German-made stainless steel appliances and an Art Deco-inspired island and hood. All of these features were additions of their “budget-less renovation” to the home, which they had purchased as a raw space, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Some other highlights of the dwelling include a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a wine room, and a smart home technology setup that controls the glass doors and one of the terraces. The residence’s rooftop includes has a private pool, a kitchen, and a picturesque view of the Biscayne Bay and Miami skyline.
