Intuitive, deeper design is the foundational cornerstone of Shelly Preziosi’s mission to create homes that are a true reflection of her clients.Drawing on 20 years of experience designing exquisite residences, and as an ASID, NKBA and IDA member, we deliver vision, style, and flawless execution to warm and personal designs. Each space is representative of our clients’ energy, preferences, and architecture, resulting in luxuriously livable spaces. In doing so we consider style, beauty, balance, proportion, artistic expression, fine design principles, and the energy of the client and their space. We practice biophilic design, creating connection to earth, and have a sensitivity to sustainability and the gentle use of the newest technology. With 30 years of designing and as a former director of design for Bloomingdales, Preziosi brings a unique intuitive skill set to her projects. The result is a well-loved home, providing a sacred space to live, love, and be. We welcome projects of all sizes and locations, and our design fee is based on the scope of work.
