Although she’s been busy touring as an opener for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, Sabrina Carpenter still found time to buy a house last week. The 24-year-old pop singer, a former Disney star, bought a 1930s Spanish Colonial in the Hollywood Hills for about $4.4 million, according to Robb Report. Perched on a sloped half-acre lot surrounded by canyon views, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom abode was redone by Los Angeles developer House of Rolison. The firm dropped $2.25 million on the property last spring, decking it out with a number of high-end finishes and chic design details that apparently fit the bill for the “Nonsense” singer.

The roughly 3,400-square-foot dwelling spans two stories, clad in wide plank oak floors and tall beamed ceilings. A fireplace-equipped living space on the upper floor boasts a wet bar and an arched doorway leading out to a city vista. A spare, modern take on a Spanish Revival-style candlestick chandelier hangs from the dark wooden beam above the fireside seating area.

Cloaked in black marble tile, the spacious primary bathroom is complete with a glass-walled shower and a soaking tub. Each of the home’s three guest bedrooms boast an ensuite bath. The kitchen features custom oak cabinetry, a black marble island, gold fixtures, and a pot filler above a cream-hued Ilve range. There’s also a dramatic, dark green paneled dining room; a breakfast nook; and a second living room with a fireplace. The hillside property has multiple patio spaces, tiered gardens, a trickling fountain, a fire pit, and a two-car garage.

Carpenter reportedly also maintains a mansion in the Los Angeles suburb of Northridge, which she bought in 2018 for $1.7 million.
