Why buy one when you can have two? Emma Stone recently added a pair of new Los Angeles area homes to her growing real estate portfolio, according to reports. The Oscar winner has been scooping up properties on both coasts over the past couple of years, and she is now the owner of both a $2.3 million 1920s Spanish-style cottage in Westwood and a $3.25 million midcentury house in Malibu.
The Westwood home is a stunning retreat located within close distance to the Los Angeles Country Club, UCLA, and Beverly Hills. Inside are dark hardwood floors throughout, exposed beams, and arched doorways that lead between the living and dining areas. The cozy kitchen features white cabinetry and countertops with high-end appliances. There are also three bedrooms spread over two floors as well as a beautiful backyard with a blue-tiled pool, patio, and guesthouse.
The La La Land star's coastal home, on the other hand, has a much different vibe. The ranch-style house is perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking Las Tunas Beach and is entirely surrounded by landscaping, which provides plenty of privacy. Inside, the space is bright and airy with white walls, tall ceilings, and large windows throughout. Several spots in the home, including the bathroom (where there is an oversized soaking tub), feature glass walls that open to the outside. Emma Stone's new eat-in kitchen features white and gold details, and the master suite boasts stunning ocean views.
These West Coast purchases come at around the same time the Maniac actress sold another pad in Beverly Hills for $3.899 million. She also owns two places in Manhattan: an apartment in the West Village and another in the Financial District.
